STUDENT ADVISING AND SERVICES

Home Institution Advising and Permission (Site Coordinators)

The BCS Site Coordinator is a student’s main contact person at their home institution for UArctic matters. Students must submit registration forms to the Site Coordinator in order to receive permission to enroll in UArctic classes. This approval is to confirm that they are a student in good standing at their home institution; they are eligible to take their chosen BCS courses; and that the credits transfer back to their home institution. Once permission has been granted, the Site Coordinator will forward the completed Registration Form to the International Academic Office on the student’s behalf.

If your institution does not have a site coordinator listed, or if you have any other questions about the registration process, please email the Academic Coordinator at the International Academic Office at iao@uarctic.org
