Abstract text The purpose of this session is to show the need to organize the net of scientific and educational centers for multidisciplinary research of prominent and young scientists and practical training of students on the territories that could potentially become the place of their work. Such network of science and training centers can contribute to the formation of professionals in the field of Arctic research, and help in the process of adaptation to the environment and infrastructure of isolated island communities. We welcome speakers from different countries, affiliations and scientific fields to share their experience in the sphere of programs that integrate science, education and training in one innovative complex. The session is devoted not only to the methodological and theoretical aspects of such interdisciplinary projects but also to the infrastructure, architecture, space planning, problems of supplying and administrating of such centers in Arctic region.
