Seminar focus: to show modern research approaches in a cross-subject studying of cultural fields of Russia, to discuss issues of cultural landscape and cultural heritage relations of North-Eastern Siberia people, ways and perspectives of Arctic development in modern world.

2. Issues of mythologic reconstruction of the earliest stages of the Ural and Altai language families origin.
3. Oral traditions of the North- Eastern Siberia peoples as the cultural heritage.
