UArctic Shared Voices 2014 Magazine Released!

The 2014 edition of UArctic's annual magazine Shared Voices has
been released and is now available for download. This year's theme poses
the question 'Whose Arctic?' and features different perspectives on who
has the right to speak for the region, who will benefit from its
resources and development, and whose voices will determine its future.
Shared Voices also includes UArctic's Annual Report for 2013.
