Oulu UAS, for the benefit of the North

Oulu University of Applied Sciences educates genuine and competent professionals for the needs of working life. We have approximately 8,000 students and 750 staff. We operate in the towns of Oulu, Oulainen and Raahe. In addition, we have project-type activities in several municipalities around Northern Finland.

We implement development objectives of the northern regions in the following focus areas:

Future health and well-being

We create new services using skills related to well-being, information and communications technology as well as the culture sector.

Energy, natural resources and the environment

We focus on construction and living in the north, intelligent energy solutions and sustainable natural resource economy.
