Members may apply to receive UArctic Endorsement of their academic courses and programs, which is a prestigious additional sign of value and demonstrates adherence to the UArctic Mission and Values.
A UArctic Academic Endorsement supplements and builds on, but does not replace, formal academic quality assurance carried out at higher education institutions by institutional academic senates, national accreditation bodies, and similar entities.
UArctic member institutions can use the Circumpolar Studies curriculum and framework for local delivery, and participate in the network of institutions that develop and maintain the program.
