Network for Permafrost Researchers

There's a valuable resource tool available for young researchers interested in permafrost research.

The Permafrost Young Researchers Network (PYRN) is the main resource for young researchers involved in permafrost research. It is an international collaborative effort from students and researchers.

PYRN is intended to enhance communications among a younger generation of
permafrost researcher and educators on behalf of the International Permafrost Association.

It is hosted by the Alfred Wegener Institute. The Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research conducts research in the Arctic, Antarctic and in oceans of temperate and high latitudes. It coordinates polar research in Germany.
