Finland focuses on developing higher education cooperation and mobility between Russia and EU

Linked to the themes of Finland's chairmanship of the European Union, the Centre of International Mobility CIMO, the University of Helsinki and the Finnish Ministry of Education wish to give a boost to student and faculty mobility between EU and Russia.
This is the rationale for the conference, or discussion forum, organized in Helsinki for 160 invited delegates on 18.-19. September on the topic.
