International Youth Art contest "Faces of the North"
Department for international and interregional relations of the Yamal-Nenets autonomous district, Russia, is organizing an International Youth Art contest "Faces of the North".
Contest is part of upcoming IPY (International Polar Year) 2007-2008 activity.
