UArctic Council Meeting 2007 coming up
The annual UArctic Council Meeting 2007 will be held in Arkhangelsk, Russia, on June 4-8.The meeting will be hosted jointly by Pomor State University, Northern Medical University and Arkhangelsk State University. So far, 107 people from UArctic member institutions are expected to participate in the four-day event.
The program includes discussions on the progress and future of UArctic, the development of UArctic's Graduate Area, and the introduction and approval of nine new members. There will also be many program side meetings as well as breakout sessions on various themes relevant to the further development of UArctic.
