Second open call for the 2011 PROMITHEAS Conference
This year the 4th International Scientific Conference titled “Energy and Climate Change” of the PROMITHEAS Net will take place at the premises of NKUA (photo) on October 13-14, 2011 in Athens, Greece. The event is asked to be set under the auspices of BSEC.The Scientific Committee invites scientists, researchers, PhD candidates and policy makers from all over the world to participate.
Participants are welcomed to submit abstracts relevant to the following themes/ topics or to combinations of them.
Themes and topics of this year's conference are:
Energy Policy
- Conventional fuels (oil, gas, coal, lignite)
- Electricity
- Renewable Energy Sources (solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, biomass, tidal wave,hydrogen)
- Biofuels
Environmental – Climate Change Policy
- Climate change
- Energy efficiency and conservation
Deadline for the submission of abstracts: 16 May 2011
Notification of acceptance: 14 June 2011
Deadline for submission of full paper: 5 July 2011
