Natural Hazards Workshop: To develop an e-course for UArctic

The UArctic Natural Hazards Thematic Network is organizing a workshop to develop an e-course for the University of the Arctic at the Northern (Arctic) Federal University in Arkhangelsk, March 17-21, 2014. Participants will include student researchers and scientific advisors from around the circumpolar region.
