UArctic Board member Lauri Lajunen awarded Honorary Doctorate

UArctic Board member, the rector of University of Oulu, Lauri Lajunen has been awarded honorary doctorate from Northern (Arctic) Federal University when he visited NArFU at the end of January. Two universities also signed an agreement, which focuses on strengthening the collaboration between universities in research, education and student and researcher exchange.
