Sami University College celebrates 25 years
The celebration of Sami University College's 25th anniversary was held in Kautokeino on August 20, 2014.
Greetings and congratulations were provided on behalf of UArctic by Dr. Keith Chaulk, Vice President Indigenous. Invited guests from many locations were in attendance to celebrate this important milestone in Sami Higher Education.
Former Vice President Indigenous for UArctic Jan Henry Keskitalo was honoured during the ceremonies for his long record of work on behalf of the Sami people.
