International Conference in Northern (Arctic) Federal University, 26-27 February 2015
Northern (Arctic) Federal University (NArFU, North-West Russia, Arkhangelsk) invites to participate in the International Conference «Integrated Research and Cooperation in the Arctic: Collaboration between Universities, Academic and Industrial Scientific Organizations» that will be held on 26-27 February 2015 at NArFU.
Conference Key Topics are:
- Environmental monitoring and climate change in the Arctic (climate change, assessments and prospects. Industrial development of the Arctic and its impact on the environment).
- Knowledge and technology transfer in the development of the Arctic territories;
- Challenges of monitoring and forecasting social and economic situation of the Arctic territories.
Working Languages – Russian and English.
Registration deadline: 30 January 2015
Foreign participants are invited. Distant participation is also possible with video-recorded and on-line presentations.
