The University of Alberta,  in cooperation with the UiT - The Arctic University of Norway and the University of the Arctic (UArctic) network will launch a unique Arctic Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) this week. The course will give the students an introduction to climatic issues and environmental changes in the Arctic.


The 9th Circumpolar Agricultural Conference will be held in Reykjavik Iceland 6th to 8th October 2016. The overall theme of the conference will be the role of agriculture in the circumpolar bioeconomy.
