Northern (Arctic) Federal University (Arkhangelsk, Russia) is pleased to invite international Master and PhD students seeking admission in 2016 to apply to Russian Quota Scholarship Program.
Applicants for admission under the Quota Programme should provide the filled in application form and copies of the following documents to NArFU International Office till May 20, 2016.
