The latest issue of our annual magazine, Shared Voices, is now available online. The 2016 issue takes the theme of northern safety and security, focussing on the unique challenges of living, working, and travelling in the North and the equally innovative solutions that northerners have developed to face them.

Russian Fund of Fundamental Research (RFBR) and Royal Society of London announced call for projects on organization of Russian-British seminars/workshops of young scientists in 2017 in Russia. Deadline for applications is October 10, 2016.

14 projects got funding from SIU - Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education. The total amount of funds allocated is EUR 586,073 . Projects in humanities, linguistics, distance education, as well as business, energy and aquaculture will be implemented by internatinal experts. 

September 21-22, 2016 Tyumen (Russia) will host the International Oil and Gas Forum with around 2000 participants representing more than 200 oil and gas companies including petroleum enterprises, scientific and research centers, Russian Academy of Sciences and Russian Academy of Natural Sciences institutes.
