UArctic member University of Alaska Fairbanks' Alaska Center for Climate Assessment & Policy (ACCAP) is hosting an online climate briefing.
The speaker is Rick Thoman, ACCAP Climate Specialist. In the briefing, Rick Thoman will review recent and current climate conditions around Alaska, discuss forecast tools, and finish up with the Climate Prediction Center’s forecast for November 2022.
Join the gathering online to learn what’s happened and what may be in store with Alaska’s seasonal climate. The briefing will take place October 21, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm AKDT.
