Postdoctoral Position Available: Earth System Modeling/Arctic Terrestrial Feedbacks
The University of Zurich invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher in Earth system modeling/Arctic terrestrial feedback's. This fixed-term position will be located in Zurich, Switzerland.
The successful candidate will work in an interdisciplinary, international, and diverse environment. The main task will be to perform research on Arctic ecosystem – climate feedback's under diverse scenarios. Scenarios might include different disturbances, nature-based solutions, or geoengineering. In addition to the research, duties include teaching on and support of a course in Earth System Modelling in the Earth System Science Master’s program. Knowledge of and experience with super-computing environments is a prerequisite.
