UArctic Assembly - Registration is open!
UArctic and the meeting hosts Nordland Research Institute and Nord University are honoured to invite you to the UArctic Assembly meeting, taking place on 2-3 June 2024 in Bodø, Norway. The meeting venue is Quality Hotel Ramsalt in Bodø. The Assembly meeting will be held as part of the Arctic Congress 2024, to be held from 29 May to 3 June 2024.

The deadline for registrations to UArctic Assembly is 16 May 2024. The early bird registration fee for the Arctic Congress 2024 (including UArctic Assembly meeting) is 450 €, available until 15 March. Registration fee for UArctic Assembly meeting only is 250 €.
On the Arctic Congress website you will find information on travel visa requirements, transportation and accommodation.
- Travel & Visa: We recommend you to make travel bookings soon. Should you require a visa to travel to Norway, please start the arrangements as soon as possible.
- Accommodation: We recommend you to book your accommodation soon.

- Meeting Agenda and Documents: A summary of the agenda is available on the preliminary program page. In accordance with our rules, all meeting documents, including agenda, proposals and supporting documents will be distributed by e-mail to all Assembly member representatives* and registered meeting participants by May 2, 2024 (at latest).
Members can have more than one representative in the Assembly, but only one of them can vote.
