UArctic and University of the Arctic Foundation US sign a co-operation agreement
UArctic and the University of the Arctic Foundation US signed a co-operation agreement on 16 April 2024 in Luleå, Sweden.
University of the Arctic Foundation US is a foundation qualified by the US Internal Revenue Service as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organiszation whose purpose includes supporting UArctic.
The new agreement is to formalize the mutual co-operation between the two parties. These activities shall include international visibility and collaboration in the Arctic, strengthenin activities as well as support in each other's respoective fundraising campaigns.
The signing took place at the UArctic Board meeting in Luleå, where the UArctic Board Chair Frederik Paulsen and the Foundation Board Chair Lars Kullerud signed the agreement.
