Arctic Frontiers, the City of Oulu, the Embassy of Sweden in Helsinki and the Norwegian Embassy in Finland invite you for two days of discussion on energy, security, and how cross-border business development, innovation, and investment partnerships can foster closer regional integration and economic prosperity.
This event will promote further cooperation between the northern regions of Finland, Sweden, and Norway. It will provide a platform for exchanging information and experiences and exploring new potential avenues of cross-border collaboration.
