From Webinar to Publication: A New Article on Local-Scale Climate Change Adaptation Implementation Lag

A webinar hosted by the UArctic Thematic Network on Local-scale Planning for Climate Resilience in partnership with PLOS Climate has led to a new article exploring local-scale climate change adaptation implementation lag and pathways for overcoming this challenge.

 

Recently the UArctic Thematic Network on Local-scale Planning for Climate Resilience in partnership with PLOS Climate, hosted Bolstering climate adaptation implementation at the local scale, as part of an on-going Speaker Series.

Following the webinar, participants developed Overcoming local-scale climate change adaptation implementation lag. This short article, published with PLOS Climate, explores local-scale climate change adaptation implementation lag, and discusses pathways for overcoming this challenge.
