Participants will learn about UArctic's structure, information services and Thematic Networks. Participants are also invited to provide important feedback on how to better collaborate within the network. Besides, the workshop offers an opportunity to learn more about the arctic communication landscape, introducing key organizations and networks that UArctic collaborates with.
The workshop will be practical in nature - helping communications staff from our membership better understand the University of the Arctic and also to improve its communication and information tools, both within the network and externally. The workshop program will include a review of major Arctic information networks and services, the exchange of news and events by UArctic members, how to promote northern courses and programs through the UArctic Catalogue, and learn how UArctic thematic cooperation works.
