14th International Summer School in Social Work in the Social Sciences 2012
We are pleased to invite the exchange students of the University
of Lapland to participate in the 14th International Summer School in
Social Work in the Social Sciences 2012 – "Social Work from a Global
Perspective" from May 21st to June 6th, 2012 at the University of
Lapland.
The Summer School is a joint venture between the University of Lapland and the University of Vermont (USA). It brings together students and scholars around the world to learn about and discuss global issues in social work. Lectures (21.-25.5.2012) will be given by academic personnel as well as by post-graduate students. Program includes two optional excursions. Social work students have a possibility to gain credits to social work studies. Students of other subjects can arrange the compensatory studies with own teachers.
