International Circumpolar Remote Sensing Symposium: Call for Abstracts

The 15th International Circumpolar Remote Sensing Symposium will be held on 10-14 September 2018 in Potsdam, Germany. The 2018 symposium is hosted by the Alfred Wegener Institute Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research. Deadline for abstract submissions is on 15 May 2018.

Organizers announce a call for abstracts for the 15th International Circumpolar Remote Sensing Symposium (ICRSS). The theme of the symposium is Polar Regions in Transformation - Climatic Change and Anthropogenic Pressures. 

Abstracts are being accepted for oral and poster presentations. All abstracts, presentations, and posters must be in English.

Interested contributors should submit an abstract of a maximum of 500 words, accompanied by the following information:

  • Presentation title;
  • Lead author’s name, affiliation, and email address;
  • Name(s) and affiliation(s) of co-authors;
  • Presentation type (poster or oral presentation); and
  • Abstract.
