The aim of the conference is to summarize the developments, to advance in the scientific issues of psychological support of professional activity in extreme conditions; further conceptualization in the sphere of human interaction with the environment and work activity; discussion of modern approaches to the concept of extreme work, taking into account the poly-factorial negative impact of the environment on staff and total innovations.

The results of both fundamental research and applied research conducted in real or experimentally simulated conditions aimed at optimizing the work activities of individual workers, working teams or organizations in general are welcome.

Official languages of the conference: Russian, English.

A collection of conference materials will be published based on the results of the conference (ISPCPEP 2019), and will be indexed in Web of Science.

Applications for participation and extended annotations of articles are accepted until March 17, 2019.

Participation fee:
388 EUR for full-time participation including the publication of an article, travel from Arkhangelsk to the Solovetsky Archipelago and back, and accommodation on the Solovetsky Archipelago.
171 EUR for full-time participation including the publication of an article, without travel and accommodation
