The Forum theme will be covered in three panel discussions:
- The opening panel Strategic competition in High North looks at how the Arctic and sub-Arctic are becoming arenas of growing geopolitical interest. Competition of the Arctic is becoming a defining factor for Europe’s security and stability.
- The second panel Strategic Intelligence and the Region examines the role of intelligence in safeguarding societies and improving preparedness. Intelligence and foresight are also the focus of our latest Baltic Rim Economies that brings together perspectives on geopolitical transformation, war and hybrid threats, rapid technological change, and the relationship between intelligence and democracy.
- The third panel Critical Natural Resources and Logistical Infrastructure looks at regional dependencies, vulnerabilities and the opportunities for future-proofing transport, energy and communication networks.
