Registration open for UArctic Congress 2026 and Ocean Connectivity Conference
Registration is now open for the UArctic Congress 2026 and the Ocean Connectivity Conference, taking place from 26–29 May 2026 in Tórshavn, Faroe Islands. Visit the UArctic Congress website to register.
The registration fees are:
- Early bird: €550 (until 31 March)
- Regular registration: €700 (from 1 April)
- Student rate: €375

The UArctic Congress 2026 program includes high-level plenaries and a variety of parallel sessions focusing on the event themes, as well as networking opportunities. All registered participants will have access to the Ocean Connectivity Conference, an international ocean conference by the Kingdom of Denmark’s Chairship of the Arctic Council, which is embedded in the UArctic Congress 2026. The Congress registration also covers participation in the UArctic Assembly (annual members’ meeting) and the UArctic Rectors’ Forum for eligible participants.

The UArctic Congress 2026 will take place 26–29 May 2026 in Tórshavn, Faroe Islands. The event is hosted by the University of the Faroe Islands, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Culture, and the Faroe Marine Research Institute. The 2026 Congress themes are aligned with the Kingdom of Denmark’s priorities for its Arctic Council Chairship.
