The UArctic International Secretariat is the main coordination and contact point for the University of the Arctic. The Secretariat supports the governance and management bodies of UArctic, and the organization's information services. The Thematic Networks and Research Liaison Office services include integration of the Thematic Networks and Institutes with UArctic members to create synergies in research and education and help in identification of potential funding sources. It is hosted by the University of Oulu and led by the Vice-President Research.

The UArctic Research Office supports the development of international cooperation within Thematic Networks and other UArctic activities in the Russian region, in collaboration with other UArctic administrative offices. It is hosted by Northern (Arctic) Federal University in Arkhangelsk, Russia, and led by the Vice-President Interregional Cooperation.

The Russian Information Office is responsible for the Russian version of the UArctic website and the translation of UArctic News into Russian. Located at North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU) in Yakutsk, Russia.

The UArctic Academic Office is responsible for questions related to Education and Academic affairs in UArctic. It is hosted by University of Alaska Anchorage and led by the UArctic Vice-President Academic.

The International north2north Coordination Office is the management office of the UArctic Mobility Program north2north. It reports on the progress of the program, allocates tuition waivers when available, performs evaluations, arranges meetings in cooperation with the UArctic VP Mobility, and helps to build network between the north2north Institutions, the National Agencies (NA) and the Northern Coordinating Office in Canada. The International north2north Coordination Office is presently located at UiT The Arctic University of Norway, Campus Alta.
