The 5th UArctic Assembly Meeting will be held from 2 to 3 of June in Bodø, Norway. The meeting will be a part of Arctic Congress 2024, hosted by Nord University. The event combines UArctic Congress 2024, ICASS XI conference and High North Dialogue 2024.
UArctic Assembly is the annual meeting of UArctic members, which also serves as a platform of cooperation, networking and consultation between all UArctic members.
Program of the UArctic Assembly 2024 includes breakout sessions, thematic networks' and new members' presentations, UArctic Assembly dinner, together with other program highlights.

Assembly Agenda and Proposals will be shared with Assembly representatives no later than 1 month before the meeting (2d of May latest).
UArctic Assembly Meeting 2024 will be held in Quality Hotel Ramsalt, Bodø, Norway.

Registration for the UArctic Assembly meeting and the Arctic Congress is open on the Arctic Congress website. Early bird registration fee for the full Congress, including UArctic Assembly meeting (29 May to 3 June) is 450 €, available until 4 April. After that, the fee will be 500 €. Registration fee for UArctic Assembly only (on 2-3 June) is 250 €. Registration for the UArctic Assembly will close on 16 May.
Members can have more than one representative* in the Assembly, but only one can vote.
