Meeting Agenda

Please note that the Assembly Agenda and Proposals will be shared with the representatives no later than 1 month before the Assembly (2d May at the latest). 

The Meeting Agenda will cover the following matters and more: 

• Electing Board members;
• Approving new Thematic Networks:
• Presenting and approving new UArctic members;
• Presenting the financial statement, annual report and the auditor's statement;
• Deciding the membership fees;
• Verifying the UArctic operating budget.
