Research activities of the Network are broad. However, three sub-groups (details on each by the link) have been shaped over the recent years:
1. One Health
2. Healthy ageing
3. Circumpolar Maternal and Child Health Working Group
In addition to those, the new UArctic funded project “Strengthening circumpolar network in Arctic health research through mentorship, education and research activities” has started in August 2023 to boost the network activities.
In collaboration with partner universities and institutes of the TN and other organizations there are running-on Summer/Winter schools and workshops for Master's and PhD students. Summer/Winter schools are arranged as an add-on to relevant conferences, allowing Master and PhD students to engage in networking and present their research at conference venues throughout the Arctic.
